Batting Cages – FAQs

 

Do the Batting Cages accept Coins?

Batting cages only accept tokens.

What type of footwear is acceptable in the batting cages?

Closed toed shoes are acceptable. Sandals and metal cleats are not permitted in the cages.

Can I bring my own equipment for the batting cages?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment, however please keep in mind that Whitemud Amusements does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.

To Whom should I report a cage malfunction?

Please advise the batting cage attendant of any cage malfunctions.

What are the rules and regulations for the Batting Cages?

SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN; THEREFORE THESE RULES MUST BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES. THOSE WHO FAIL TO OBEY THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CAGES WITHOUT ANY REFUND. YOU ENTER INTO THE CAGES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.
All players must have tokens to enter into the batting cages.
No more than one person in a cage.
Helmets must be worn at all times while in cages.
Smoking, food, or drinks will not be permitted in the cages.
Cell phones, iPods, and MP3 players, are not permitted in the cages.
Shirts and shoes are required
Pregnant women, and children less than 10 years old, may not enter into the cages.
People who have a weak heart, previous or chronic back or neck ailments may not enter into cages.
Anyone assumed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in the cages.
Obey Cage Attendants at all times.
